Onboarding & Initial Training
Your journey as a agent begins with an in-depth onboarding program at our head office and manufacturing facility. Over several days, you’ll be introduced to our fibreglass pool product range, installation processes, and company procedures. You’ll gain hands-on experience with our pool shells, learn how to manage site assessments, handle excavations, coordinate with subcontractors, and understand what goes into delivering a flawless pool installation.
You’ll also be trained in:
- Sales and quoting systems
- Customer service and project management
- Health and safety regulations
- Warranty and compliance procedures
- Use of our lead management and CRM tools
By the time your training is complete, you’ll have the confidence and knowledge to begin operating successfully in your exclusive territory.
Ongoing Support and Mentoring
Unlike other agency systems that fade into the background after onboarding, Century Pools maintains a close and active relationship with every agent. Our agent support team is always available to provide advice, technical assistance, and business mentoring.
Whether you’re facing a complex site issue, a tricky client question, or need help quoting a custom job, we’re just a call or message away. You’ll also be assigned a regional support contact who regularly checks in and provides tailored support based on your territory’s goals and challenges.
