Century Pools’ fibreglass shells are constructed using a multi-layer composite process that ensures exceptional strength, flexibility, and resilience. At the core of each shell is a structural laminate reinforced with multiple layers of fibreglass and resin. This gives the pool the ability to flex with the earth’s natural movements—especially important in areas with reactive soils or ground shifts.
Unlike concrete pools that can crack under pressure or vinyl pools that are prone to punctures, our fibreglass shells are built to handle environmental stress. Each pool is manufactured with a ribbed structure that adds strength and helps prevent warping, bending, or bowing during transport and installation.
