From the moment you first contact us to the day you take your first swim, our team works with transparency, care, and attention to every detail. Here’s what you can expect when you choose Century Pools:
Initial Consultation & Site Assessment
We start with a one-on-one consultation with your local Century Pools agent. During this visit, we assess your property, discuss your vision, and help you choose the right fibreglass pool shape, size, and colour. We also evaluate access points, soil conditions, slope, and surrounding features to plan for the best possible installation outcome.
Design & Approval
Once your preferences are confirmed, we create a tailored pool plan. This includes measurements, placement, and any optional features like lighting, coping, or water features. We assist with submitting council applications and obtaining necessary engineering and certification approvals, helping streamline this part of the process so you don’t get bogged down in red tape.
Excavation & Site Preparation
With approvals in place, excavation begins. Our team carefully digs the pool area to match your chosen design. Precision is key here—correct depth, slope, and space for structural supports are all essential to a long-lasting result. The excavation is checked and prepared with a stable, compacted gravel base to provide solid footing for your fibreglass shell
Pool Shell Delivery & Placement
Your fibreglass pool shell is transported to your site and expertly craned into position. Thanks to the strength and flexibility of our shells, this step is fast and smooth. We ensure the pool is perfectly level and aligned, using laser levels and internal benchmarks to maintain accuracy. Once positioned, plumbing and skimmer box fittings are installed.
Backfilling & Reinforcement
With the shell in place, backfilling begins. We use all engineered designed & Australian Standard back filling methods. Reinforcement is added where needed, and we confirm shell stability throughout the process. During this stage, electrical connections for lighting and filtration are also completed by licensed trades.
Coping, Surrounds & Landscaping
Once the pool is secure and functional, we install the pool coping and any optional surrounds. Whether you prefer pavers, timber decking, or a tiled finish, our team or your chosen landscaper can bring your vision to life. This is where your pool area truly begins to shine as an integrated part of your backyard
System Setup & Handover
Before we leave, we walk you through your new pool’s operation, including the filtration system, chlorinator, lighting, and maintenance tips. We provide a care manual and remain available for post-installation support. Our job isn’t done until you’re completely satisfied.
